Please note that additional charges may be applied in the following circumstances:

Additional Mileage Charge – For clients outside of our service area (within 20 miles of the WS13 postcode), a mileage charge of £1.50 per additional mile is applicable.

Additional Children – Our packages are designed for 10 children – for larger groups, a charge of £10 per additional child and a rotation system will be put in place.

Generator Use – If an electrical output is not available, an additional charge of £30 will be required for using our generator.

Premium Dates – Starting at £300, premium rates are charged on the following dates:

Payment
We require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. Payment for the remaining balance must be made on or before the day of your event. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that Game Changer Gaming Bus causes the cancellation – read terms and conditions. for more information.

We are happy to accommodate any specific requests in advance. Our gaming bus comes with a huge library of games, including all the latest releases. Additionally, if you require something outside of the aforementioned packages, please contact us directly to discuss your needs and request a quotation.
